21-year-old Sales Rep Allegedly Steals ₦100 Million Worth of Gold and Diamond Jewelry
A 21-year-old Nigerian woman simply identified as Lucy employed at Flawless Elegance Luxury Jewelry Store as been accused of absconding with gold and diamond jewelry valued at ₦100 million.
The suspect was a sales representative and an employee of the luxury jewelry store prior to breaching her employers’ trust on Monday, April 1, 2025.
This is according to a video obtained by DAILY OBSERVER by the owner of Flawless Elegance Luxury Jewelry Store with office in Lekki Phase 1, shared a video clip on her store’s verified Instagram page recounting her experience.
The businesswoman explained that the salesgirl took advantage of her absence to steal goods from the store before fleeing. In another video, she stated that the suspect had been employed for less than two months before committing the act.
The businesswoman, tearfully recounting her experience in the video, stated that she had worked tirelessly to establish and build her business.
