Black Easter: Many Feared Dead In Abuja As Truck Crashes Vehicles

While many families would be rejoicing and celebrating the Easter festive, pains and agnony suddenly surrounded the families of those who lost their lives to a fatal road accident that occurred on Karu bridge, Abuja, Nigeria.

According to information, the sad incident happened when a cement truck lost its brakes and killed many people after colliding with the oncoming vehicles and their occupants .

It was gathered that the tragedy occurred on Friday at Karu bridge in Abuja, the Capital City of Nigeria.

Daily Observer gathered that the driver of the cement truck reportedly ran away in an attempt to escape mob after he had sensed danger of possible attack after similar occurrence that led to the death of many individuals

It was noted that the driver was unfortunately not lucky as commercial motorcyclists near the Karu roundabout nabbed him.

Recall that a few weeks ago, the same incident happened on the spot, Karu bridge, where a Dangote truck powered by CNG lost its break and crashed into several vehicles and resulted in many fatalities.

However, at the time of this report, Daily Observer can’t independently verify the numbers of those who died in the sad incident.
