Hotel Workers Kill Boss, Runaway With His Car, Other Valuables

A 59-year-old hotel owner simply identified as Lucky Okonkwo has been killed in his hotel, Deploo Hotel and Suites, located in Suleja, Niger state.

According to information, the hotelier was stabbed to death on Friday, 4th April, 2025, after he returned from a trip to Kaduna state.

The sad incident has been affirmed by the Niger state Police Command. The police stated that after investigations, the suspects took away closed circuit television decorder of the hotel and the victim’s phones and ran away with his Peugeot 406 saloon car.

It was noted that the suspects also took away a file containing information about the hotel.

The hotel security men identified as Frank Anauvkko, Victor Anerah, and Emmanuel Adeh were reported to have fled immediately the incident occurred and had been since unreachable on their mobile phone lines.
