Fast-rising Nigerian singer and songwriter Ogaga Okokowa, also known as KokoPee, a close friend of social media personality VeryDarkMan (VDM), has officially released his much-anticipated EP titled All I Need It’s KokoPee.
The six-track project, which blends afrobeat rhythms with street-inspired lyricism, features collaborations with top industry names such as Don Jazzy, Peruzzi, and Jeriq. The tracklist includes the intro Made from Pain, as well as Paracetamol, Where the Money Dey?, 3Toto, Not for Me, Chairman, and a remix of Shine-Na.
The EP’s official listening party took place at the prestigious Terra Kulture in Lagos, attracting an impressive turnout of fans, industry insiders, and celebrities. Guests at the event described the project as a mix of personal storytelling and high-energy street anthems, showcasing KokoPee’s versatility and emotional depth.
Speaking at the event, KokoPee said the EP reflects his journey, struggles, and aspirations. “Every track on this project is a piece of me. I wanted to make music people can dance to but also connect with on a deeper level,” he shared.
Industry analysts believe All I Need It’s KokoPee positions the singer as one to watch in Nigeria’s fast-paced music scene, particularly with heavyweight features and relatable streetwise themes. The artist also hinted at upcoming visuals for selected tracks, promising to keep fans engaged beyond the audio release.
