Coalition of Kaduna Stakeholders Forum accuses former governor Nasir El-Rufai of corruption, job losses, market demolitions and social division, urging anti-graft agencies to investigate his administration.

The Coalition of Kaduna Stakeholders Forum has demand that former Governor Nasir El-Rufai  to stop distracting the people of Kaduna and prepare to face accountability for his alleged misdeeds.

The Coalition accused El-Rufai of hiding behind lies, distractions, and cheap political theatre to escape the consequences of his actions.

Addressing a world press conference in Kaduna State  Alhaji Aliyu Muhammad, Convener of the group emphasized that the people of Kaduna will not be deceived, manipulated, or intimidated, and that it is time for El-Rufai to face the people and answer for his policies and actions.

He highlighted the alleged harm caused to Kaduna under El-Rufai's rule, including the dismissal of thousands of civil servants and teachers, demolition of markets, and creation of artificial religious enmity.

The group also accused El-Rufai's administration of corruption and financial mismanagement, citing the alleged misappropriation of ₦423 billion in loans and state funds.

The Coalition called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), and other relevant authorities to investigate El-Rufai and his associates, and prosecute them if found culpable.

He  urged the people of Kaduna to ignore El-Rufai's attempts to incite violence and distract them from his alleged misdeeds, saying it was a desperate attempt to escape accountability.

The Coalition emphasized that the people of Kaduna will not rest until justice is served and El-Rufai is held accountable for his actions. The group also warned El-Rufai against attempting to shift blame or create diversions, saying it would not work.

He further explained  that no one is above the law, and El-Rufai will be held accountable for his actions. The Coalition vowed to continue to demand justice and accountability from El-Rufai and his associates.
