Southern Kaduna People praise President Bola Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani over recent security efforts while urging intensified action to rescue kidnapped victims and dismantle bandit networks.

Kaduna State, Nigeria - The Southern Kaduna People have commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani for their efforts to mitigate insecurity in the state.

The commendation was made during a press conference by Engineer Tabara Samuel Kato, National President of the Southern Kaduna People.

The group expressed its appreciation for Governor Sani's visit to Kurmin Wali in Kajuru Local Government Area, which was recently attacked by bandits. The governor had promised to provide infrastructure, including a hospital and security presence, to the community.

The Southern Kaduna People also praised President Tinubu for his efforts to address insecurity in the country, including the appointment of Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd.) as Minister of Defence.

The group expressed its support for the president's re-election bid and suggested that Gen. Musa would be a good running mate for him.

"We commend the efforts of the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, for taking the time to visit Kurmin Wali and for his commitment to providing security and infrastructure to the community," Engineer Kato said.

“We also appreciate President Tinubu's efforts to address insecurity in the country and his appointment of Gen. Musa as Minister of Defence.”

The group urged the federal and state governments to intensify their efforts to secure the release of kidnapped victims and to crack down on armed bandits and kidnappers in Kaduna State and Nigeria at large.
