Federal High Court in Abuja orders detention as legal battle over “Ratel” branding and identity misuse intensifies; bail application underway

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered the remand of popular cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Blord, at the Kuje Correctional Centre following allegations of identity theft filed by activist Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan (VDM).

The development marks a significant escalation in the ongoing legal dispute between the two public figures, which has drawn widespread attention across social and digital platforms.

According to reports, the case stems from a criminal complaint accusing Blord of the unauthorized use of VeryDarkMan’s identity and the “Ratel” brand for business-related activities.
